I'm sure it would have been quite a sight to watch 30 girls tiptoeing around a muddy barnyard and alpaca manuer. hehe

At 8:30 this morning my textiles class took a field trip to an Alpaca farm. It was a great way to get out of the classroom and still be informed and educated about something. Plus, I'm not gonna lie, alpaca's are really cute! (and SOFT.)

I'm sure it would have been quite a sight to watch 30 girls tiptoeing around a muddy barnyard and alpaca manuer. hehe

Last night, I OD'ed on chocolate. It was disgusting! I've never felt so sick from eating so much of something that I loved! I however will not be eating any Legacy chocolates for a very long time! (Never thought I'd say that.)
The weather for the past couple of days has been freezing! Well, for those of us who forget our sweatshirts and jackets, and are still wearing flip-flops anyway. Maybe it's me who's crazy and not so much the weather.

At this very moment I'm wondering where the heck I'll find the time to do all my homework. Today's schedule; work, followed by class, followed by work, and probably (hopefully) followed by homework. Of course all that followed by bed; the highlight of my day! WooHoo!
Other than the hectic schedule, I'm enjoying being back in school. My professors are amazing. I'm not gonna lie, I was pretty much dreading my three hour art metals class, which lasts until 8:45 PM. However, the professor really made it bearable. I'm pretty sure I'm gonna learn a crapload in that class. Which I suppose is the whole point of going to college...correct me if I'm wrong!
I also made a stop at the local food co-op today. If you're into organic/healthy food, that's the place to spend your life savings. [just kidding] It's a pretty sweet place, you just have to keep an eye on your pocketbook. *if ya know what I'm saying*
Well, this chick needs to fly. Time for some good old cafateria lunch. mmmm

Well,
Week number one...CHECK!
It's been a crazy one though. Besides getting situated back into the dorms, I've been working every day, either at the climbing wall or admissions office, going to classes, fighting a cold already and didn't even have a chance to get a cup of coffee yesterday! (Oh the horror!)
I'm super excited to get going with some of my art classes though. I'm taking art metals for the first time in my life; that alone is exciting. Then my professor is from Germany; I'm not sure why that's so exciting, but I guess it just makes things more interesting! hehe
Homework for this weekend;
Research the packing and shipping process of an EGG. mmhmm.
And who said you don't have any fun in college???
So wish me luck with that one.
I'm going to stop boring you with the monotony of my first week of school. Don't worry, there'll be more to come. muahahaha
